Constructed with cold-rolled thin steel plates, the inner and outer panels are formed via precision stamping and three-dimensional laser cutting to ensure exact dimensional accuracy. Reinforcement pieces are welded and integrated, with edge pressing to guarantee structural strength and long-term reliability.
Electrophoresis Coating: Both inner and outer surfaces undergo electrophoretic coating, providing over 72 hours of salt spray resistance, enhancing anti-rust and corrosion protection, and ensuring optimal preparation for subsequent painting.
