Bus exterior body replacement and assembly
This is the OEM-spec rear compartment door designed specifically for the new model Jingma Coaster (2024+). It provides a direct, bolt-on replacement for a damaged or worn factory door. You get a perfect seal against dust and moisture, protecting your cargo area. The heavy-duty construction resists warping and cracking, ensuring long-term durability. I have installed three of these doors on customer vehicles, and the fitment is precise with no need for modification. This part restores the structural integrity of your vehicle’s rear body panel.
“I manage a small fleet of Jingma Coasters for a resort. The old rear doors on our 2024 models started showing rust around the hinges after just one winter. This new OEM door fixed the issue completely. The powder coat is thicker than the original, and the latch alignment was perfect out of the box. I ordered two more for the rest of the fleet.”

No. This door is designed specifically for the new model released in 2024. The hinge spacing and latch position changed. If you have a 2023 or older Coaster, please search for the old model version.
Yes. It is finished in a matte black powder coat. You can paint over it if you need a color match, but the black is a durable factory finish that works well on most fleet vehicles.
Technically yes, but I recommend a helper. The door weighs about 18 pounds and aligning it with the hinges is much easier with two people. It took me 40 minutes solo the first time, but 25 minutes with an assistant.
The latch striker plate has an adjustment range of plus or minus 3 mm in all directions. Loosen the two bolts, shift the plate, and retighten. I have never needed more than a 1 mm shift on any installation.
